How to measure correctly (tap to expand)
📏
Waist: Measure at the narrowest point of the torso — midway between the lower rib and the top of the hip bone (iliac crest). Usually 2–3 cm above the navel. Exhale normally; do not suck in.
📐
Hip: Measure at the widest point of the buttocks (gluteal region). Stand with feet together. Keep the tape horizontal, snug but not compressing the skin.
Tips: Measure on bare skin. Take 2–3 readings and use the average. Measure in the morning before eating for best consistency.
