Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or is incorrect, we will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost. Please note:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share your Order ID and clear photos of the damaged/wrong item and packaging
  • Products received opened, damaged due to misuse, or altered may not qualify for replacement
  • Replacements are dispatched after verification, typically within 2–3 working days
