05Data Storage & Security

Your personal data is stored on secure servers provided by Shopify, which is certified under international security standards including PCI-DSS for payment data.

• Two-factor authentication for administrative access.
• Regular monitoring for unauthorized access or breaches.

While we take all reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

06Workout Log & Weekly Check-in

The Beginner Gym Workout Planner keeps your workout log, weigh-ins and weekly check-ins in your browser on your device. Nothing from it is sent to DietXP unless you sign in and choose to save it to your DietXP account.

What we store if you save it to your account

• The exercises, weights, repetitions and notes you log, and how you felt before training (sleep, soreness, energy and any pain).
• The routine you chose and the training days it gives.
• Your body-weight entries. They also appear in the Smart Indian Diet Planner progress tracker.
• Your goal (lean bulk, cut or maintain), when it started, how long you have been lifting, your daily calories if you enter them, your units, your country if you choose it, your answer to the safety question and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
• Your weekly check-ins: the calorie change suggested and whether you accepted it.
• If you use the daily targets and meals: your sex, year of birth, height, body fat if you enter it, how active your day is, how many meals you eat, where your foods come from, what you eat (for example vegetarian) and whether you use a protein powder. Without an account these stay on your device.

This information is stored on DietXP's own server (api.dietxp.com, hosted by Hostinger), not with Shopify. We ask for your consent before the first save.

How we use it

We use it only to show your log, your progress and your weekly check-in to you and, if you choose, to use your gym days and your check-in calorie target in the Smart Indian Diet Planner.

Sharing with your nutrition expert

If you choose to share your workout log, a DietXP nutrition expert you already consult can read it, with your weigh-ins, check-ins and the details above. They cannot change your log. They can set a daily calorie target with a note, which you see on the page; if they lock it, your weekly check-ins do not change it. Each time an expert opens your log or sets a target this is recorded, and the targets they set are kept with your workout log.

Your choices

You can stop sharing, stop saving, download a copy or delete your workout log at any time on the workout planner page. When you stop saving, new entries stay on your device and what is already in your account stays until you delete it. Deleting your DietXP account deletes all of it.

We do not use your workout log, weigh-ins or check-ins for advertising, and we do not share them with advertising partners.

07Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law:

• Order & Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax, legal, and compliance purposes.
• Account Information: Retained as long as your account remains active.
• Marketing Data: Retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
• Support Communications: Retained for up to 3 years.

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal data.

08Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023 and other applicable Indian laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
• Right to Grievance Redressal: Lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see Section 13).
• Right to Data Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to Nominate: Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

11Marketing Communications

With your consent, we may send you promotional emails, SMS messages, or WhatsApp notifications about new products, offers, and updates. You can opt out at any time by:

• Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email.
• Replying "STOP" to any marketing SMS.

13Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the following person has been designated as the Grievance Officer for NUTRI SPACE:
