05Orders & Payments

When you place an order on dietxp.com, you are making an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. NUTRI SPACE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Net Banking
• Digital Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email once payment is successfully processed. This confirmation does not constitute a binding contract until the order has been dispatched.

In the event of a payment failure, please do not retry immediately. Check with your bank or payment provider before attempting again. NUTRI SPACE shall not be liable for any duplicate charges caused by user error.

06Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location.

• Shipping is free on all orders across India.
• Orders are shipped via BlueDart, Delhivery, or Shadowfax.
• A tracking link will be shared via email and SMS upon dispatch.
• NUTRI SPACE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. NUTRI SPACE shall not be liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

07Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all unopened, sealed products from the date of delivery. The following conditions apply:

• Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return.
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• NUTRI SPACE will arrange a free pickup from the customer's address.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.
• Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photos. We will arrange a free replacement after verification.

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Pre-dispatch cancellation requests must be raised immediately by contacting our support team.

All content on dietxp.com, including but not limited to the brand name DietXP, logo, product names, product formulations, images, text, graphics, website design, and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of NUTRI SPACE and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• The trademarks, trade names, and logos displayed on this website are registered or unregistered marks of NUTRI SPACE.
• No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, modified, transmitted, or distributed in any form without prior written consent from NUTRI SPACE.
