Two drink mixes. NRGT Energy Drink Mix is a caffeinated, tea-based drink in Masala, Lemon and Peach flavours. BAO Refresh is an orange-flavoured hydration drink mix with minerals and vitamins, in single sachets.

They are manufactured by Zeon Lifesciences Ltd., Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh (FSSAI licence 10013062000225), and marketed by NUTRI SPACE, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh (FSSAI licence 12725999000356). Both licence numbers are printed on every pack.

Yes. Every batch has a certificate of analysis. Enter the batch number from your pack on our Lab Reports page to open it.

NRGT Masala Tea batch ZNED010126 was also tested by an independent laboratory, HTH Laboratories, and that report is published on the same page. For Lemon, Peach and BAO Refresh the published certificates are issued by the manufacturer.

The packs carry the green vegetarian mark. They are not certified vegan. If vegan suitability matters to you, write to support@dietxp.com before you order and we will check.

Neither product is certified gluten-free. NRGT is made in a facility that also processes wheat, soy, oats and nuts. BAO Refresh is made in a facility that processes wheat, milk, soy and nuts.

If you have coeliac disease or a food allergy, please check with your doctor before trying them.

The NRGT labels declare 0 g added sugar. NRGT contains maltodextrin and small amounts of naturally occurring sugar, so it is not carbohydrate-free.

BAO Refresh has 0 g added sugar and is sweetened with steviol glycosides (from stevia) and thaumatin. Full ingredient lists are on each product page.

No. NRGT is a caffeinated food product and BAO Refresh is a hydration supplement. Neither is meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and BAO Refresh is not an ORS. If you have a health condition or take medicines, ask your doctor before using them.

Each serving of NRGT (one level scoop, about 1 g, in 160 ml of water) contains 40 mg of caffeine, as declared on the label. Do not have more than 500 ml of prepared drink a day; three servings make 480 ml and 120 mg of caffeine.

Count the caffeine from your tea, coffee and other drinks too. BAO Refresh contains no caffeine.

As the label says, NRGT is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people who are sensitive to caffeine. If you have a health condition or take medicines that caffeine can affect, ask your doctor first.

One sachet a day mixed in 400 ml of water, or as directed by a dietitian or healthcare professional. Do not exceed the daily amount on the pack. Plain water should stay your main drink.

BAO Refresh is made for adults. Children, pregnant or breastfeeding women and anyone with a kidney, heart or blood pressure condition should use it only after professional advice.

Yes. BAO Refresh has no caffeine, so it does not add to the caffeine in NRGT. Keep each one within the daily amount on its pack.

Keep the pack closed in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight, and out of reach of children. Use a dry scoop for NRGT, and finish an opened jar within 30 days, as stated on the pack. Always use before the date printed on the pack.

By UPI, credit or debit card, net banking, wallet or cash on delivery. You get an order confirmation by email straight after you place the order.

Yes. Shipping is free on every order across India, with no minimum order value.

We dispatch within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days in metro cities, 5 to 7 business days in other cities and towns, and 7 or more business days in remote and hilly areas. Shipping details.

When your order ships, we send a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also sign in to your account, or send us your order number on WhatsApp. All the options are on our Track your order page.

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes in India; enter yours at checkout to confirm. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

Yes, before it is dispatched. Message us straight away on WhatsApp or email support@dietxp.com with your order number. Orders leave within 24 hours, so please be quick. After dispatch, you can return it unopened within 7 days of delivery.

You can return any unopened, sealed product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We collect it from your address for free. Opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Full returns policy.

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. You choose a free replacement or a full refund, and we collect the item at no cost. If your order never arrives, you get a full refund.

Message us on WhatsApp or email support@dietxp.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 24 to 48 hours and arrange the pickup.

We start your refund once the returned product reaches us and is checked. It reaches you in 7 to 10 business days for cards, 5 to 7 for UPI or net banking, 3 to 5 for wallets, and 7 to 10 business days by bank transfer for cash on delivery.
