How to measure correctly (tap to expand)
📏
Height: Stand barefoot, heels together, back straight against a wall. Measure from floor to the top of your head.
📐
Waist: Measure at the narrowest point — midway between the bottom of your lowest rib and the top of the hip bone (iliac crest). Exhale normally; do not suck in your stomach.
Tips: Measure on bare skin. Take 2–3 readings and use the average. Best measured in the morning before eating.
