Shipping policy

At DietXP, operated by NUTRI SPACE, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time, anywhere in India.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after purchase.

Shipping Coverage

We offer free shipping on all orders across India with no minimum order value required. We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, and Shadowfax depending on your location and pin code serviceability.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–4 business days

  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 4–5 business days

  • Remote and Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as public holidays, natural calamities, courier delays, or high-demand periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link and AWB number will be shared via email and SMS to your registered contact details. You can also track your order at dietxp.com/pages/track-your-order using your order number and email address.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is completely free on all orders across India. There are no hidden delivery charges.

Failed Delivery and Re-Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier partner will attempt re-delivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact support@dietxp.com to arrange re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned orders.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery or take clear photographs of the damaged packaging before opening. Contact us within 24 hours at support@dietxp.com with your Order ID and photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete including flat/house number, street, city, state, and pin code. NUTRI SPACE is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
