  1. Today: set up DietXP Care

    Our e-mail has a link to your DietXP Care account. Choose a password and add your reports so your expert can read them before you talk.

  2. Within 1 working day: your expert calls

    By phone or WhatsApp, to fix a time for your consultation.

  3. Your consultation

    15 to 30 minutes online. A family member is welcome to join.

  4. Within 2 working days: your plan

    Your written food plan, then a short call to explain it and answer your questions.

What to upload

  • Recent blood test reports
  • Scan, biopsy or other test reports, if you have them
  • Your latest discharge summary or doctor's notes
  • A list of the medicines and supplements you take

A PDF or clear photos of each page are fine. Your reports stay in your DietXP Care account and are seen only by the DietXP team looking after you.

Good to know

Cancelling and who we are

  • If you cancel before your consultation, we refund the full fee. If we have to cancel, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
  • Follow-up consultations are not included. If you want more support later, we explain the options and the fee first.
  • This fee is for people who live in India. Booking for a family member abroad? Message us first.
